About
The artist

Welcome! I’m Kitty, the creative force behind Dreams of Kali, is a Croatian-born artist whose journey began in childhood, drawing cartoons that eventually led her to explore graphic design and tattoo artistry. This early passion for illustration laid the foundation for a lifelong creative path, one that ultimately brought her to Southeast Asia, where she now resides in Bangkok, Thailand.

For the past four years, Kitty has been dedicated to creating intricate fine art mandalas and sacred geometry, capturing the harmony of the Microcosmos and Macrocosmos. Her work invites viewers into a meditative and spiritual experience, blending precision with intuition.

Her art has been showcased in exhibitions across Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Playa del Carmen, Mexico; Koh Phangan; and Bangkok, Thailand. Each piece is a testament to the infinite patterns of existence, offering a gateway into deeper contemplation and connection.
process of creation
Each mandala I create is a unique expression, imbued with its own meaning and energy. The journey begins with a digital refinement of the vision, allowing me to conceptualize the design before bringing it to life on canvas.

The background is carefully painted with acrylics, with colors chosen to align with the mandala’s intended energy and purpose. Once the base is complete, the intricate details emerge, meticulously hand-drawn with gel pens.

Every piece is a labor of love, requiring patience, precision, and dedication to ensure that even the smallest details contribute to the harmony and depth of the final creation.
Why I Create

Every mandala I create is more than just an artwork—it is a reflection of energy, intention, and harmony. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind expression, infused with meaning and designed to evoke a sense of balance and connection.
The process is both meditative and transformative, requiring patience, precision, and presence. With every intricate detail meticulously drawn by hand, I strive to bring order to chaos, beauty to stillness, and a sense of the infinite into the tangible world.
Creating mandalas is my way of channeling energy into something visual and lasting—offering viewers a moment of contemplation, serenity, and connection.
